Animal feces in an attic or basement should be considered a major health hazard especially in large quantities. Many of our customers are surprised to learn that potentially deadly diseases may be present in their homes or business establishments due to the untimely resolution of wildlife control issues. Some of these diseases include, but are not limited to, Giardiosis, Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome (40% mortality rate), Histoplasmosis (disseminated form is fatal if untreated), plague, round worm, salmonellosis, and tularemia. Most of these health concerns are treatable and some are not.
